Somebody went to a lot of trouble decorating the place and the photography/art is really nice.
What a sweet little find. We went to the Cotton pickin' fair and wanted to find somewhere relatively close to eat. Neat atmosphere, good food, and quick. Service was attentive and will definitely go again!
I used to really love Blackbird. But ever so slowly over time little things have fallen by the way side. Forgetful waiters and waitresses, slow service, things thrown together, dirty tables for extended periods of time. They've forgotten about attention to detail. Every time I've gone back and given another chance I'm reminded why I've been disappointed. The last straw was when I placed an order to-go. After a very long day on the road I wanted to go home and eat. I ordered from the road. I waited 10 minutes for my order which according to the time given by the lady should have been ready. I was given a large cup with no lid and was told sorry we don't have any lids for this size cup. A to-go order with no lid???? They recrified it by giving me 2 medium cups. I get home and I open my box. The 3 pieces of tiny lettuce were yellow and my burger was cut twice making it 3 pieces of meat. The bun was burnt. I'm so sorry that it's come to this. They've gone downhill. I will be going else where from now on.
Food is not bad. Always "out" of something. Service is polite but slow. Must be an issue with the kitchen.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so fun! We will definitely be returning! The fried cauliflower and sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever had.
Surprisingly good for such a small town. Typical small-town quirks and service but the food is a cut above. Very good french fries. I had their version of the kickin' chicken sandwich (buffalo boneless wings). Very tasty.
